The film opened with Rs 1.08 crore which is a pretty slow start. It needs to pick up in today and tomorrow to make it count at the box office. Hotel Mumbai is directed by Anthony Maras and narrates the story of a bunch of ill-informed and insinuated young men from across the border to create mayhem in Mumbai. This movie is getting showered with praises for not over-dramatising the incident which is still so fresh in our memories. But these wounds are deep and we don’t know how many people will be interested to let that come alive again.
