Pagalpanti Song Thumka Out Now! John Abraham Dances To Yo Yo Honey Singh's Track
A new song from the upcoming comedy, Pagalpanti, has hit the internet. The trippy dance number titled “Thumka” is Yo Yo Honey Singh’s artwork. The music video for the song features the entire star cast – John Abraham, Ileana D’Cruz, Arshad Warsi, Kriti Kharbanda, Uravashi Rautela, Pulkit Samrat – thumping and gyrating their hips to the mildly suggestive lyrics of the song. “Jab maine dekha uska kya,” the singer sings, and, after a quick pause adds, “Thum, thum thumka.” The song is not bad but not Honey Singh’s best work either. We have seen him dish out better foot-tapping numbers like “Blue Hai Paani Paani” or even “Makhna”. But his fandom will definitely enjoy the song for it has that trademark-Honey Singh vibe to it. Speaking of the music video, “Thumka” has barely anything new to offer. The typical dance number set up at exquisite and lavish locations, including in middle of parked airplanes at an airport runway. The choreography is uninspired. And a few actors make it worse. Ileana is the weakest dancer in the group. And that is saying something since she is dancing next to John Abraham.

Urvashi Rautela and Pulkit Samrat impress with their dance moves. They are definitely enjoying the song. Or at least pretending well to enjoy it. Acting, guys. Arshad Warsi has also got the moves. Kriti Kharbanda is good enough to not be put in the bracket with John and Ileana. Pagalpanti Trailer: John Abraham, Anil Kapoor And Ileana D’Cruz Invite You To Join The Crazy Fest! (Watch Video).
Pagalpanti has been directed by Anees Bazmi. From the trailer of the film, it is tough to decipher the plot in a good capacity. But it is evident that this one will be a madhouse laughter riot like Welcome and other films by Bazmi. Pagalpanti releases on November 22.
